Screen Printing
Screen printing is basically a process by which special inks are pushed through a fine mesh stencil and onto a substrate (such as a T-shirt) to produce an image. Then the ink is cured by heating it to 320 degrees Fahrenheit. For this reason, screen printing does have limitations such as substrate type: synthetic textiles which will easily melt are not good candidates for screen printing. Also, the substrate must lay flat. Coffee mugs and pens cannot be screen printed, and fabrics with deep textures may not print well.
In our pre-printing conversations with prospective customers, we take careful notes to ensure the clients and we are on the same page. We will happily print clients' pre-designed artworks, or we can work side-by-side with customers to create the designs they have yet to bring to fruition. All work is previewed by the clients before printing ensues to limit mistakes and down time for reprints.
Upon delivery of the product to the client, we will ask whether the client has been completely satisfied. We want the answer to consistently be "yes". That is the goal for which we strive. We welcome all feedback and would love clients to email or call with comments, questions, concerns, or problems.
