I have loved computers since I saw the first Apple IIe rolled into my fourth grade classroom. That 30 minutes to play Oregon Trail was entirely too short for me!

I am a certified Soil Scientist / Soil Classifier in Georgia and South Carolina. I have been studying soils since 1999, and I love my job. However, I found that every spare moment I was not outside working, I was finding excuses to journey to cyberspace. When the economy took a downturn in 2007, the housing market fell drastically, and so did the demand for Soil Scientists. I took the opportunity during the downtime to go back to school and learn web design. I have loved it!

I enjoy learning the techniques and languages and code being written every day and cannot wait to employ these into web spaces for my customers. I design from the ground up with HTML and XHTML enhanced by CSS techniques. I do use Dreamweaver and use it for the majority of site design, but I often find myself typing in Notepad when Dreamweaver is being finicky.
